Behind Hi-School Pharmacy at 1331 N. Goerig St. Suite C in the Peace Health Professional Building.
Coming from the South:
On I-5, take the Woodland exit #21. Go straight on Atlantic Ave. next to the Oak Tree Restaurant. Make a right on N. Goerig St. and a left in the Peace Heath Professional Building at 1331 N. Goerig Street. Life Hope’s UTREND Medical Center is midway down in Suite C.
Coming from the North:
On I-5, take the Woodland exit #21. Continue down the frontage road (which curves to the south) to the intersection. At the light, turn left (east) under the freeway. Stay in the left lane and turn left on Atlantic Ave. next to the Oak Tree Restaurant. Make a right on N. Goerig St. and a left in the Peace Heath Professional Building at 1331 N. Goerig Street. Life Hope’s UTREND Medical Center is midway down in Suite C.
